Warranty Policy

All items that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any way are eligible for free exchanges and returns within 30 days of receipt.

  • If any of the items you get have manufacturing defects, you are protected by this warranty policy:
  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt with a photo or video illustrating the problem and request a resolution.
  • We will evaluate your claims and provide answers. As the majority of issues can be resolved by preventative maintenance, we may recommend product(s) to address these issues. If the situation cannot be resolved, the hair must be returned to us. We will then address this matter.
  • In order for us to determine whether your products can be replaced, you must return your order to our office. Customer is responsible for all fees associated with item removal and transport.
  • We do not accept exchanges and returns for customized products.

Exchange and return requests are only permitted if the following conditions are met:

  • Hair MUST NOT be installed, worn, or tampered with in any way.
  • Hair MUST be in its original condition and NOT untied at the top;
  • Hair MUST be retained in its original packaging;
  • Returned packages MUST contain a copy of the original invoice.

We will not accept exchanges and returns that do not adhere to these guidelines.
